2023-2024

After a year plus hiatus from programming, we’re elated to announce that we have received a Community Activator Award from Artists 360 to kickstart new TWANG programs in 2023-2024 with free art-making opportunities and paid publishing opportunities for Arkansas’ TGNC creators. As we move into this new chapter of TWANG, future programs will be led in collaboration between Brody Parrish Craig & Maximiliano Calabotta. Currently, we are planning several generative workshops specifically for Arkansas TGNC folks of all ages and experience levels in Summer 2023. These workshops will be centered around the theme “TRANS JOY IS ______.” We will encourage all participants who attend these workshops to send in creative work for a collective publication on our website including a stipend for contribution following the workshop series.
